You might be making settings that are specific to the tool's inclusion in a particular job (the same tool might have different notes in one job, as opposed to another).

Do not confuse this job-specific 'Toolkit Data', with 'ToolStore Data', which you set in the same dialog, but which is the default that applies when the tool in not used from within a job.

You might be working with the Toolkit data from Toolkit Assistant when adding a tool to a job. You might be working with the Toolstore data when simply creating the tool.

You are working on Toolkit data if you see a Toolkit tab in the dialog.

The dialog settings are:

Subject	This text appears in the Notes column of the Material list in the ToolStore window.
Text Body	This is the untitled box under 'Subject'. Type your notes here.
Notes file	Use the button to link to a document, or the button to open an already-linked document. The documents can be in plain text (.txt) or Word (.doc) format, for example. The document remains outside the database, so should be kept in the same relative path to the database file. If no path is specified, it defaults to the path of the ToolStore database (.mdb) file (for example 'installation folder\Cam\Tstore').
Print	Starts a wizard for printing the notes. The wizard presents many formatting options, including a choice between printer output and file output (comma separated text or HTML).
