Create – creates a new record in the database. The record dialog opens on the General tab.

Edit – allows you to change information on the selected record. The record dialog opens on the General tab.

Delete – removes the selected record from the database. You are asked to confirm this choice.

Copy – adds a new record, based on the selected record. The record dialog opens on the General tab.
