Filtering the Database Records

To filter with more precision, click the Filtering Jobs or Filtering Tools button on the right-hand side of the Toolkit Assistant or Job Manager window.

This opens the filter dialog which lets you specify exactly how to limit the list of displayed jobs or tools. Once you have completed entering data into the filter, click Apply to display the filtered job or tool list.

To return to the normal unfiltered view of the list, ensure that the Use Filter button is not pressed.

The blank field above the filter buttons provides a quick way of filtering jobs by description. Simply type in the name and only jobs with that description will be displayed.
