Start Strategy Manager from the Solids menu or toolbar.

From the File Menu now select:
New to
start creating a new strategy.
You can now start to create your new strategy.
Open to
start changing an existing strategy.
You will be prompted to open a previously-saved '.rbm' file or a '.rbt'
file. You may be then be prompted to update the file if it was created
by an earlier version of Strategy Manager; you specify names and folders
for the converted files, and also for backups of the originals that will
be automatically created.
