Plan the order in which cuts are to be made, on paper if you wish. This should include tool selection and the different ways in which cuts are made. It should also define the feature variants that can be accommodated.

What size holes justify a pilot drill?
How are tools to be selected?
Will your use of Job Manager ensure that a complete kit is available for each job?
Do you want under or oversize cutters for some operations?
