Roughing the Pocket

1. Click the Operations menu and click Roughing.

2. The Status Bar prompts you to 'Digitise Geometry to machine'.

   Rest the cursor on the central pocket, and when the feature becomes highlighted (and a tooltip is displayed indicating '3D Pocket'), click to select it. Then right-click to finish the selection.
   
   
    

3. The Status Bar prompts you to 'Select boundary entities...'. Right-click to finish without making a selection.
   
   The Roughing Operation dialog opens.
