Tangent continuous corners on Coons Patches

Coons Patch surfaces have four boundary elements. There should not be a tangent condition at the meeting edges or the behaviour of the surface normals is unpredictable. A typical example would be a 2D slot which consists of two parallel lines with an arc at each end. In this case all the edges are tangent to each other.

Solution: Create a simple ruled surface and trim to the four edges.
