Installing and Removing the Sentinel Driver

To install the Sentinel Driver

  1. Start Windows 2000 Professional/ Windows XP and Login as a user with Administrator rights.

  2. From the Start Menu, select the Run option.

The Sentinel driver installation files are located in the \edgecam\security\sentinel folder, for example c:\program files\edgecam\security\sentinel.

  1. From the \edgecam\security\sentinelfolder, select setupx86.exe.

  1. Click OK.

  2. From the dialog that is displayed, select Functions, Install Sentinel Driver and follow the instructions.

  3. Finish the installation by restarting your computer.

 
To remove the Sentinel Driver

  1. From the Start Menu, select the Run option.

  2. From the \edgecam\security\sentinel folder, select setupx86.exe.

  3. Click OK.

  4. From the dialog that is displayed, select Functions, Remove Sentinel Driver and follow the instructions.

  5. Finish the removal process by restarting your computer.
