EdgeCAM regards the start of subroutines
as the END of the first move after the label. In this macro the coordinates
of this move are stored in NEXTXMOVE, NEXTYMOVE, NEXTZMOVE. It is from
this point that incremental moves in a subroutine should be calculated.
