Transmitting Programs to a Machine

The Transmit File button transmits one or more selected programs to the machine:

Click on the button to show this standard Windows File Open dialog:

Select the NC file(s) that you want to send to the machine tool or other device, and click on OK. The dialog closes, and the NC files are transferred to the nominated machine using the configured communications parameters.

Each transmitted file is preceded by a header string and followed by a trailer string.

Note that you can only communicate simultaneously to one machine at a time.
