Hole Operation

1. Click on Zoom Extents .

2. Click Hole Operation .

3. Enter the drill point co-ordinates z0x0 and right click to finish.

4. On the General tab set these parameters: Clearance (1), Level (0), Spindle Direction (Forward) and Termination (Blind).
   
   

5. On the Preparation Tab set the parameters: Strategy (Countersink), Diameter (2) and Angle (90).

6. Press the Find button to open the ToolStore. Pick the 1" x 90 countersink tool and click Select. Enter Position 4.

7. Move to the Roughing tab, but do not click OK yet.
