In addition to numerous bug fixes the following features were added to FeatureCAM in v71b1:

Counterbore pilot is now taken into account in counterbore operation
New reorder algorithm for projection techniques. This new algorithm tries to prevent jumping around on the part and tries to eliminate full width cuts that have happened in previous versions. This algorithm replaces the old one and is activated with the Reorder attribute on projection milling techniques. One more revision on this algorithm will be created before the final v7.1 ships.
New Z level roughing algorithm for solid and sloppy models.
String variable manipulation for post processing. + and logical operators now work for strings.
Select objects by color. See the Select by color dialog in the Edit menu.
Control the diameter of a drill selected for a tapped hole with the thread % for tap drill default attribute on the Tool selection tab.
Mbuild formats expanded to accommodate up to 100 lines per format.
Ramping attributes now available on finish pass if Finish bottom is set.
