This tolerance affects the appearance of the cylindrical wire during 3D simulation of wire EDM toolpaths. Decreasing tool visual tolerance makes the wire appear more round. Increasing it will turn it into more of a square. Note that changing this tolerance does not affect the quality of the simulation, only how the wire is displayed.
