Normally the operations List is updated interactively. For large parts with many operations updating this list can take a lot of time. In the Update Operation List dialog box you can select your preference for updating this list from
Never update - turn off updating.
Always update - update the list interactively.
Ask before update - confirm before updating
There is also an Update Now button which can be used to refresh the list at any time.
