This dialog box has two different purposes.
Displaying/hiding toolbars
Check the checkbox in front a toolbar’s name to display it. Uncheck to hide it.
Click either the Assistance bar or Status bar checkboxes to toggle the display of these bars.
Changing the display of toolbars
The appearance of the toolbars can be either flat or 3D.
The size can be either large or small. Large buttons are recommended for low screen resolutions or touch screens.

Toggle the Outlook bar checkbox to toggle the display of the toolbox. Click either the Small, Large, or Centered checkboxes to change the appearance of the toolbox.
