Send in the File menu is a simple way to send the active fm document to someone through e-mail. Trying to send a file with unsaved changes forces a file save operation. The specifics of the Send feature vary from installation to installation depending on your choice of e-mail client, network setup, and Internet connection. The behavior should be something similar to the following:
Select Send in the File menu.
The email client is started and a new message window appears.
Address the message and give it a subject.
Verify that the .fm file is attached (It should be attached automatically).
Send the message.
If you don’t have an email service to configure, this function won’t work for you.
