There are new buttons on the Open File dialog box that allow easy access to your Home directory, the Examples folder and two user-defined folders. The user-defined folders are set on the Options – File Selector dialog box.
- Click on this button to open your Home folder. This is set using the Control Panel's System dialog box. To set this variable, click on the Advanced tab, then the Environment Variables button. If necessary, you can create a new variable called Home and set its variable to a path of a directory on your computer, for example e:\homes\my folder.
- Click on this button to open CopyCAD's Examples folder. This can be found at ..\dcam\product\CopyCADXXXX\file\examples and contains all the standard example files.
- Click on this button to open the folder you have defined as User Folder 1 in the Options – File Selector dialog box.
- Click on this button to open the folder you have defined as User Folder 2 in the Options – File Selector dialog box.
