Lasso Picking

Click on the Lasso Picking button to change to lasso pick mode.

To select triangles in the graphics window using the lasso:

1. Click on the Lasso Picking button .
   
   
2. Click the cursor on the point on the model where you want your lasso to start.
   
   
3. Click on the model wherever you want to anchor the lasso line and change its direction. The lasso links the anchor points with a straight line.

Note: To delete the last anchor point from the lasso, press <Ctrl> as you click anywhere on the model.

4. When the lasso line encloses the triangles you want to select, click back on the starting point to create a closed selection polygon.

CopyCAD projects the selection polygon down the current view to select all the entities under the polygon. Only part of the triangle needs to be under the polygon in order to be selected.
