Tolerance Model - Reduce to

The Reduce to area allows you to select how you want to tolerance the model:

• If you have selected to tolerance Points or Scanlines, type the tolerance you want to use in the Tolerance box
  
  
• If you have selected to tolerance Triangles, you can either enter a tolerance value as above, or enter the percentage of the original number o triangles that you want in the new model.

To do this, click on the Tolerance option, then type in the box to the right, the percentage of triangles you want in the new model.
