File - Print Preview

Select File - Print Preview to display a preview window that shows the current view from the Graphics window. This is the report that will be printed if you select File - Print.

The Print Preview window contains buttons that allow you to:

• print the report
  
  
• move between pages
  
  
• zoom in
  
  
• zoom out
  
  
• close the Print Preview window.
