Draw - Triangle Discontinuities

Select the Draw - Triangle Discontinuities menu option to display the discontinuities between the model's triangles in the Graphics window. The angle used to define discontinuities is set on the Display Options dialog box's Draw tab.

Viewing discontinuities can be useful to aid segmentation of the model during surface construction. You can also use it to check the quality of a triangle model. Discontinuities over 90º will cause problems if you wrap a relief onto the triangle model or if you create new surfaces.

The button on the Draw toolbar at the bottom of the CopyCAD window is a shortcut for this menu option.
