The cursor in the Graphics window reflects the current pick/creation mode. This makes it easier to see what will be selected or created.
For example, when you have the Points Editing toolbar displayed, the cursor looks like this
, showing that you can now select the points of the active model in the Graphics window.

The Command window is mainly used for displaying commands carried out by CopyCAD. For more details about CopyCAD commands, see Tools – Echo Commands .
You can move the Command window to where you want it in the CopyCAD window. For example, if you don't want it displayed at the bottom of the window you can move it to float in a different part of the window, dock it to another edge of the window or hide it completely.
