Deleting the Vertical Edge

To tidy up the model, you now need to delete the vertical edge on the outside of the wheel spoke. This is done easily by deleting the points on the bottom of those scanlines.

1. Click on the Point Editing button on the Main toolbar. The Point Editing side toolbar appears.
   
   
2. Display the points by clicking the Draw Points button on the Draw toolbar at the bottom of the screen.
   
   
3. Rotate the view using the Middle mouse button so that the required points are visible, then select the points by dragging a box around them using the Left mouse button as shown below.

Note: Points can be deselected either using the Undo button or selecting the rogue points whilst holding down the Ctrl key.

4. Click on the Delete Points button on the Edit Points side toolbar.
