You can now continue in the same way to complete the surfaces over the entire model. A more complete set of surfaces for this particular model is shown below:
If you need to delete a surface, first select it and then delete it using the Delete Surfaces button 
on the Surface Generation toolbar. When you have finished creating surfaces select the Stop Creation button 
on the Surface Generation toolbar.
Since the wheel is symmetrical, the surfaces for this one spoke will probably be copied and rotated. Therefore, only the necessary parts of the spoke need to be surfaced.
A possible order of surfacing is shown below:
