Lesson 22: Grouping the Building

To group the building:

1. Choose Edit menu > Select All (or Command/Ctrl+A).
   
   All of your objects, including the ground, are selected.
2. Hold down the Shift key and click the ground to deselect it.
   
   The selection bounding box encloses only the pyramid group and the wall objects. The Group button is showing.
3. Click the Group button to group these objects.
   
   
4. Press the * key twice (Shift+8).
   
   Each time, your group's size doubles.
5. Click the upward pointing arrow button (located with the group of buttons associated with the bounding box of the selected object).
   
   The group jumps up so that it is now resting at ground level.
