Updating Imported Animations
Once you've imported your animation from DAZ|Studio into Bryce, you may find that you need to make some changes to the animation. However, you do not want to just go back into DS and reimport the animation into Bryce.
When you import static objects from DS into Bryce, then go back into DS to make changes, Bryce deletes the old object and imports the updated object as a new object. The same thing happens to the object(s) for an animation, but the animation itself isn't completely removed. If you don't delete the animation in Bryce before going back into DS, the old animation will be deleted but not the working range. You'll then end up with X number of frames of nothing and X number of frames of the new animation.
Imagine having an animation of 500 frames that you've re-imported into Bryce four times. When you are done, you'll have 500 frames of nothing, then 500 frames of the actual animation.

This is why you need to save the scene in DS before you import the initial animation into Bryce (just in case).
