Align X
To align objects along the X-axis:
- Make sure the Edit palette is visible. If it's not, click the Edit button at the top of the Bryce window.

- Select two or more objects.

- Move the cursor over the Align tool.
- When the state you want to use is active, click the mouse button.

The default alignment is "non-anchor based" which means that the tool aligns objects based on the bounding box of the selected objects.
Examples:
- Align X Left:

- Align X Center:

- Align X Right:

To align objects to a specific object, use Anchor-Based Alignment which aligns the selected objects to the first selected object.
- Make sure the Edit palette is visible. If it's not, click the Edit button at the top of the Bryce window.

- Click the arrow icon to the bottom right of the Align tool and choose Anchor-Based Aligning from the menu.

- Select the object you want to use as the align anchor.
- Select the remaining objects to align.
- Move the cursor over the Align tool.
- When the state you want to use is active, click the mouse button.
The example below shows the selected objects aligned to the X Left edge of the sphere, which was selected first.
