Name
The existing name of a defined response combination.
NewName
The new name for the combination.
The function returns zero if the new name is successfully applied, otherwise it returns a nonzero value.
The new response combination name must be different from all other response combinations and all analysis cases. If the name is not unique, an error will be returned.
