|
Use the Tabular Database Import Options form to control the message log that is created during the import of model definition data, and to resolve conflicts between imported data and data present in an existing model. The form has the following four tabs:
TIP: The name of the tab appears in all capital letters when that tab has been selected.
Message Control. Use the data on the Message Control tab to control the types of messages to display, and what to do if an excessive number of errors or warnings is encountered.
Coordinate Transformation Use the options on the Coordinate Transformation tab to control the location and orientation of objects that are imported.
Items with Same Name Use the options on the Items with Same Name tab to resolve conflicts between items having the same names. If items within the imported table duplicate data in the model, choose to have the imported data overwrite the model data, or have the program ignore the data in the imported table.
Items in Same Location Use the options on this tab to specify what to do with imported objects that have the same location as objects already in an existing model or that were previously imported. The options are assumed to be self explanatory.
Reset Tab to Defaults button. Click this button to reset the values on the displayed tab to the program defaults.
Reset All Defaults button. Click this button to reset the values on all of the tabs, including those not currently displayed, to the program defaults.
