Access the Find and Replace form using the Find and Replace commands on the Interactive Database Editing form, the Interactive Name Change form or the Database Table and Field Name change form. |
Find. Type the text or data to be found and click the Find Next button. Click the Done button to close the form. Use the Match entire cell only and Match case check boxes as necessary to establish elementary search criteria. Use the drop-down list to specify that the search proceed down or up the table.
