Form: Align Selected Points
Selected points may be aligned with the specified X, Y or Z coordinate or to the nearest line using the Edit menu > Edit Points > Align Points command. Select the axis and specify the coordinates of that axis where the selected points are to be aligned.
Select the points to be aligned.
Click the Edit menu > Edit Points > Align Points command to access the Align Selected Points form.
Choose the appropriate alignment option. Only one option can be selected (i.e., the options are mutually exclusive):
Align Points to X-Ordinate, Align Points to Y-Ordinate, Align Points to Z-Ordinate will align points relative to the X, Y, and Z coordinates, respectively.
Align Points to Nearest Line will align the selected points along the nearest line (not a selected line).
Click the OK button.
