The Design menu > Steel Frame Design > Start Design/Check of Structure command starts the steel frame design process.
Run a steel frame design as follows:
Click the Analyze menu > Run Analysis command to run an analysis of the model.
Click Design menu > Steel Frame Design > Start Design/Check of Structure command to begin the design process.
Note: This command is unavailable if no line objects with the Steel Frame design procedure have been included in the model. If line objects are selected when this command is used, only the selected line objects are designed. If no line objects are selected when this command is clicked, all steel line objects with the Steel Frame design procedure are designed.
