Form: Display Steel Design Results
Review some of the results of the steel frame design directly on the SAP2000 model (i.e., on screen) using the Design menu > Steel Frame Design > Display Design Info command. This command can be used to display Design Input and Output parameters.
Display design information on screen as follows:
Run an analysis.
Perform at least one design using the Design menu > Steel Frame Design > Start Design/Check of Structure command.
Select the Design menu > Steel Frame Design > Display Design Info command to access the Display Steel Design Results form.
Select the Design Input or Design Output option and then select from the drop-down list the type of data to be displayed on screen. Note the following with respect to an alternative method to display design results and a method to remove the results after on-screen viewing.
Right click on a frame element to display the Steel Stress Check Information form. When the Steel Stress Check Information form is displayed using this method, the data is for informational purposes only and cannot be edited. Note that the data can be edited when this form is displayed using the Interactive Steel Frame Design command
Use the Assign menu > Clear Display of Assigns command to remove the on-screen display of design data.
