Access the Fatigue Analysis Parameters form as follows:

  1. Set the Design Code to API-RP2A-WSP2000 using the Options menu > Preferences > Steel Frame Design command.

  2. Create a Wave Load Case using the Define menu > Load Cases command, selecting API WSD2000 in the Auto Lateral Load drop-down box..

  3. Run an analysis of a model containing steel objects.

  4. Click the Design menu > Steel Frame Design > API Fatigue Design Parameters command to display the Fatigue Analysis Parameters form.

 

Additional Forms: Fatigue Analysis Cases

Use the Fatigue Analysis Parameters form to review and adjust the various fatigue analysis parameters to be used in the design. Choose the appropriate Fatigue Analysis Type option. The input required in the balance of the form depends on the option selected.
