Access the Response Spectrum Function Definition form as follows:

Use the options on the Response Spectrum Function Definition form to complete a user-defined spectrum definition:
Function name edit box. Use the suggested name or type in a revised name for the response spectrum function in this edit box.
Define Function area. Add, modify or delete the Period and spectral Acceleration values for the function using the following buttons.
Add button.
Type the first set of Period and spectral Acceleration values into the edit boxes.
Click the Add button.
Repeat until all sets of values are entered.
Modify button.
Highlight the value to be modified in the list box. The highlighted value will display in the edit boxes.
Modify the value by typing in the edit boxes.
Click the Modify button.
Delete button.
Highlight the value to be deleted in the list box.
Click the Delete button.
Function graph: This area displays a graph of the function. It updates automatically as additional points are defined for the function. If necessary, click the Display Graph button located just below the graph to update the graph.
Run the mouse pointer over the function graph to display a dot along the line representing the response spectrum. The coordinates of the dot are reported in the box just below the graph.
