Move Lane Form

Access the Move Lane form as follows:

Method 1: This method can be used if the Bridge Modeler license is enabled.

  1. Create a layout line.

  2. Click the Bridge menu > Lanes command, or on the Bridge Wizard select the Lane Definitions item and click the Define/Show Lanes button, to display the Define Lanes form

  3. Click the Add New Lane Defined From Layout Line button or highlight a previously defined lane and click the Modify/Show Lane button to display the Bridge Lane Data form.

  4. Click the Move Lane button to display the Move Lane form.

Method 2: This method can be used without the additional Bridge Modeler license.

  1. Click the Define menu > Bridge Loads > Lanes command to display the Define Lanes form.

  2. Click the Add New Lane Defined From Frames button or highlight a previously defined lane and click the Modify/Show Lane button to display the Lane Data form.

  3. Click the Move Lane button to display the Move Lane form.

Method 3: This method is used in conjunction with Method 2 to assign frame objects to the defined lanes.

  1. After a lane(s) has been defined, select a straight frame to be assigned to the previously defined lane(s).

  2. Click the Assign menu > Frame > Lane command to access the Assign Lane form.

  3. Click the Modify/Show Lane button to display the Lane Data form.

  4. Click the Move Lane button to display the Move Lane form.

 

Use the options on the Move Lane form to change the lane offset relative to the layout line or the frame, depending on how the form was accessed (see above).
