Retriangulate N-gons

See N-Gon triangulation. If N-Gon Triangulation is not active (main menu: Tools / N-Gon Triangulation), points belonging to the N-Gons can be moved freely without the N-Gon being triangulated differently internally. Activate this option if a subdivision in accordance with the triangulator should occur.
