Move entities (including faces, curves, objects or NC toolpaths) by rotating them about an axis.
Notes regarding moving/copying Part entities and NC entities toolpaths:
Part entities can only be moved/copied while in the Part application.
NC toolpaths can only be moved/copied while in the NC application.

Required Step 1 ![]()
Select entities that you want to move. All types of entities can be selected (curves, faces, open / closed objects, sketches). The cursor will tell you what you are selecting, and you can use the Selection Filter to enable you to select the entities you want. Press exit when all entities are selected.
Note: You can also select the entities and then enter the Move function. The selected entities will be automatically included in Step 1.

Select the axis of rotation. This can be an edge, line, sketched line, or datum axis.

Set the angle of rotation. The value must be positive. You can flip the rotation direction by clicking on the blue arrow.
When you are finished, press OK
or Apply
in the Feature Guide
to complete the function.
When completed, the Radial Move will appear in the Feature Tree as follows:
