Dimension Dialog

When editing numerical values of a feature, clicking on the dimension will open the Dimension Dialog.

You can enter a new dimension value in the dialog and close, or click one of the icons for more options:

Update the feature according to the new dimension. The same icon is available on the main toolbar if you prefer to update later. Features whose parameters were changed but are not yet updated receive a symbol on the Feature Tree.

You can also update by clicking the button.

Restore the dimension to its original value - the value before you started editing. Once you leave edit mode (by closing the Dimension Dialog and pressing exit) or update, this value becomes "permanent". If you edit the dimension again, Restore will return this new "permanent" value, not the original.

Enter an algebraic equation for the dimension, either containing numbers only or based upon other dimensions. See Parametric Dependency.

Set Tolerance parameters for the dimension.
