Required Step 1 
Pick the 3D curve or sketch to be offset. You can only pick one curve, but you can join several curves into one curve by using the Composite Curve function.
Note: Only the Round Corner option is available for 3D curves.
A preview of the offset appears with a directional arrow. Set the General Offset value. Flip the direction of the Offset using the Flip toggle button or set another direction.for the reference plane (normal to the arrow) that the 3D offset is dependent on, by clicking the base of the arrow.
Toggle Keep Original to Remove Original if you want to remove the entity from which the curves are offset. This will not delete edges.
By Pick
The picked point will be projected onto the defined plane (arrow direction) and the new contour (offset) will go through this projected point.
If this is the final result, press OK
or Apply 
in the Feature Guide to complete the function.
