While pressing the left mouse button, rotate the display by moving the mouse. To rotate around an datum axis or edge, place the cursor on the desired edge, then press and hold the left mouse button and move the mouse.
You can rotate around a UCS axis in a similar manner - place the cursor on the desired UCS axis, then press and hold the left mouse button and move the mouse.
