Access: Select Tools / Preferences from the main menu to display the Preferences Editor dialog.
Navigate to Modeling / Colors / Add Operation.
Set the default color for the add operation.
The Add Operation dialog is displayed.
Interaction
Define which colors to add to the color palette.
Press the appropriate approval option.
