Get the license information regarding floating license users.

The License Information dialog is displayed showing the following information:
Feature: The Cimatron E modules for which licenses are available.
Number of Licenses: The number of licenses purchased.
Number of Licenses in Use: The number of licenses currently in use.
User Name: The user names of the licenses currently in use.
Press Refresh to refresh the dialog with updated information.
Press Exit to close the dialog.
