Apply a DI Preference scheme throughout Cimatron E. The DI Scheme utility changes the DI Preference defaults to the DI parameters of the selected DI scheme.
The DI scheme tool enables you to create DI Scheme preferences for specific file types (IGES, PFM, etc.). This enables you to set specific parameters (for a particular file type) to produce the most accurate file, when importing to (or exporting from) Cimatron E. A Euklid preference file is supplied as a DI scheme; this preference file sets the preferred parameters when importing/exporting Euklid files.
The DI Scheme dialog is displayed:

Interaction:
Select the required DI scheme.
Press OK.
The default DI parameters in the Preferences are updated.

.
Copy the file \Cimatron\CimatronE\Program\CimatronE.prf and paste it into directory \Cimatron\CimatronE\Data\Schemes\DI.
Rename the file from CimatronE.prf to an appropriate name, in this case PFM.prf.
The PFM.prf file is displayed in the DI Scheme dialog the next time the function is run. Choose the PFM scheme when importing PFM files, to achieve the best import results.
