The parameter values for each attribute appear in the right pane of the Attributes Manager dialog.

These parameters are:

Translated Attribute Name

Attribute Region

Attribute Permissions

Attribute Parameter Type

Attribute Parameter Specification

Other areas define the applications in which the attribute is to appear and whether to update the Drafting related tables (Symbolic Text and BOM).

Translated Attribute Name

This is attribute name as it will appear in the Properties pane of the Cimatron E Explorer.

When a new attribute is added, the new attribute name is automatically entered into the Translated Attribute Name field.

Note: When adding new attribute names, the system inserts underscores in place of spaces, as the attribute name (within the attribute table) cannot have spaces. As this is the name that will appear in the Properties pane of the Cimatron E Explorer, you might want to remove system-inserted underscores.

Attribute Region

Define the region within the Properties pane of the Cimatron E Explorer in which the attribute is to be displayed.
