Spiral Cut is a suitable milling for a closed cavity parts with a shaped contour. The remaining stock will be uniform, which is a better start condition for the Finish procedure.

How to create this procedure: (see Creating a Procedure and Procedure Guide for general explanation.)
For Technology, choose Volume Milling as the main selection, and Legacy Procedures / Spiral Cut - 3D as the subselection.
Choose the appropriate cutter.
Define the Geometry; the contours, part surfaces and part2 surfaces.
Define the following Motion Parameters:
Define the Machine Parameters.
When finished, you can choose from the following Procedure Options:
