Create a part from a previously saved stock file. The stock file must be *.stk format.

Note: Part files and stock files are created and saved in the same way, in both cases the file is called a stock file.

The following dialog is used for part creation from a file:

Auto Preview: this box must be checked in order to see the part on the graphic display. If this box is not checked, the three display icons (color, shade and show) will be disabled.

Color selection: opens the standard windows color selection dialog in which you can select a color for the part.

Shading: click this icon to toggle the part display between shaded and wireframe.

Show: click this icon to turn on and off the part display.

Ref. Part Size: Based on the entities you have selected, this area shows the size of the stock. The values are for reference only and cannot be changed in this dialog.

Stock File Name: Locate and select the desired stock file. The file must be in *.stk format.

1st corner, 2nd corner: Based on the entities you have selected, this area shows the coordinates of the diagonal of the bounding box. The values are for reference only and cannot be changed in this dialog.
