Previous Cutter Offset |
Enable over or under-machining between the current cutter and the previous cutter without the need to define an oversized dummy previous cutter. This parameter is very useful in cases where the Previous Cutter radius is very close to the surface radius of curvature. In these cases, the detected unmachined areas might be scattered and irregular. Using a Negative Previous Cutter Offset will eliminate all these suspected areas, and a Positive Cutter Offset will make sure that all of them are detected and machined by the current cutter.
