It is possible to delete specific Master Groups by marking their check boxes. Only Master Groups without instances can be deleted while Master Groups with instances will be grayed out.
Click the Delete
Master Group 
icon in the main menu. The Delete Master Group dialog is displayed:
Mark the check boxes of the Master Groups you wish to delete.
Press OK
or Apply
