Additional parameters are displayed, both in the Primary and Secondary sections. These parameters are Type, Format and Input Type.
Define whether the dimension is a Regular, (a normal Catalog dimension), a Cutting Object dimension or a Free dimension.
Set the parameter by selecting the option from the drop-down menu.
Define the format of the dimension. This parameter can be set for new dimensions.

The available options are:

Number (Unit Dependent) |
A number that is affected by a change in the file units. |

Number (Unit Independent) |
A number that is unaffected by a change in the file units. |

Whole Number |

Define the Input Type of the dimension. This parameter can be set for new dimensions that have been defined as Primary dimensions.

Single Value |
The dimension is a single value and cannot be changed. |

List Value |
The dimension can be selected from a list of values. This list is defined in the next stage of saving as a catalog part, by pressing the Add List Values button. |
